Beans



So I've had a can of Romano beans in my cupboard for about a year and decided to cook them finally. I fried up some onions and garlic and then added the beans. I threw in a couple of chipotle peppers and a can of diced tomatoes. I finished it of with some chili powder and cumin and served it over brown rice. It was pretty tasty, I recommend it if your looking for a vegetarian meal.
